Shipping policy

1. General Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either send the item as soon as it becomes available or refund your money.

2. Delivery Location

  • Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses within the USA only. We are currently unable to ship internationally.

3. Delivery Time

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. These times are intended as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To determine the cost, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where shipping charges will be displayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any extra charges on the checkout page.
  • US Orders totaling 50+ USD qualify for free shipping.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
