Refund Policy

We are confident you will LOVE our products! So much so that we offer a money back guarantee on your first order.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your purchase to request a return on your first order only.

Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@radianceplan.co.  We’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

One-Time Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 60-day return policy applies only once per customer’s lifetime and only on their first order. By placing subsequent orders after your first purchase, regardless of price, you indicate satisfaction with the product. Refunds will not be issued for multiple orders, as doing so constitutes abuse of the satisfaction guarantee window.

Example: A customer subscribes and receives their first order but does not request a refund or return within 60 days. If they receive a second subscription order—whether within or outside the initial 60-day period—and then request refunds for both the first and second orders, such a request will be denied as it violates the one-time satisfaction guarantee policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All returns must be formally initiated with Radiance Plan through our customer service team. Customers are required to contact us at hello@radianceplan.co to request a return. Upon approval, Radiance Plan will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note:

  1. Returns without prior authorization: Any items sent back to Radiance Plan without requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  2. Unauthorized self-shipping: If customers choose to ship their returns to Radiance Plan without using the provided shipping label or following the authorized return process, the return will not be accepted or processed for a refund. This policy ensures we can accurately track the return process and avoid delays or misplaced items. Unauthorized self-shipping bypasses our system, making it challenging to monitor the return or provide timely assistance.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or trial products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Additionally, we reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of abusive consumer behavior, including but not limited to repeated returns or refund requests on every purchase, or other actions that indicate misuse of our guarantee system.
